This upcoming/approaching/anticipated Annual Meeting/Gathering/Summit of the Raintree Lake Property Owners Association is set to take place on Saturday/Sunday, the sixteenth/the twenty-first of July/August. Residents are encouraged/invited/urged to attend and participate in this important event. The meeting will be held at the community center/ clubhouse/ lodge at 7:00 PM, providing an opportunity for homeowners to discuss/debate/share pertinent matters affecting our community.
A variety of topics will be covered/addressed/discussed, including budget updates, infrastructure/property improvements, and upcoming events/initiatives/projects. Refreshments/Snacks/Food will be provided, and a Q&A session/open forum/discussion period will be held to allow residents to voice their concerns/share their input/ask questions. It's time for our monthly round-up of happenings at Raintree Lake. website We have some exciting announcements to share this month, including the completion of the new playground zone. The kids are already enjoying the swings, and we've had lots of positive comments from our residents.

- Ensure your property in a tidy condition at all times.
- Vehicle Placement is restricted to designated areas only.
- Animals must be leashed when outside of your residence.
- Gatherings of any size require prior approval from the Homeowners Association.
